Dublin is perhaps unique in the territories of the Anglican church
for having two full cathedrals (plus a third Catholic one). Christ Church Cathedral contains the tomb
of Strongbow, famous for leading the Norman invasion of Ireland. The cathedral was heavily restored by
G.E. Street, who added the distinctive bridge. |
